Anyone who registers a .XXX — or any domain name — is added to the WHOIS database. If you would prefer not to have your name and personal information made public, select Private Registration during checkout. Your .XXX domain name will still belong to you but the public record will show it registered to our partner company, Domains by Proxy.
First there was .XXX, now, ICM Registry has plans to expand Web porn to, .PORN, .SEX and .ADULT. In total, ICM said on Thursday 12th 2012, that it has applied for .SEX, .PORN, and .ADULT to complement the .XXX top-level domain it launched in November 2011. ICM said that the existing holders of .XXX domain names wouldn't have to do anything to prevent a .XXX domain, such as sexin.xxx, sexon.xxx or sexta.xxx from being registered under the .ADULT TLD by a third party. If the domain owner chooses to register it, however, ICM will charge approx. between $10-15 retail price. The new top-level domains are part of a new era of generic TLDs, which will allow virtually any suffix to be registered.

Standard Trademark Holders
Processing Fee — $199.99
Choose if: You own a qualifying registered trademark outside of the adult industry that was registered prior to September 1, 2011 and you want to protect your brand by blocking others from registering it as a .XXX.
Details: This is a one-time processing fee that blocks your trademarked name for 10 years. Please note that this fee is non-refundable and the block placed on your name cannot be reversed. Sunrise A will have priority over Sunrise B. All gTLDs and ccTLDs qualify for Sunrise A (Grandfathering) participation. Only the registered owners, licensees or assignees of eligible trademarks will be eligible as Sunrise applicants. Each applicant will be obliged to indicate eligibility (capacity) in the respective Sunrise application. In the case of licensees or assignees, the Sunrise applicant will be required to submit a declaration form that will be made available by the registry and or the validation agent.
